Terms and conditions
The offer and the sale of products through this online shop is proposed by the company Original Venice srls and are drawn up in compliance with the regulations on electronic commerce and distance sale contracts. Originalveniceshop.com is a brand of Original Venice srl, based in Via Castellantico 17– 30035 MIRANO (VE) – P.I 04513430274.
Order acceptance/conclusion of contract
By placing an order, the Customer sends to Original Venice SRL an offer to purchase the product or products selected. The sending of the purchase order, you consent to receive further communications from Oginal Venice srl described below, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the contract of sale. Original Venice srl will send a confirmation e-mail receipt of the order placed by the Customer. Original Venice srls will not accept orders: in case the issuing company of the credit card owned by the Customer does not confirm the payment. Original Venice srls will be able to not accept orders upon its decision. In this case the Customer will be informed through e-mail.
Customer's commitments
The Customer declares to have read all the information and general conditions of sale presented herein, before placing an order. The Customer must, after completing the order, print and keep with him these sales conditions, already fully accepted to satisfy the rules included in artt. 3 and 4 of D.Lgs. n. 185/1999.
Prices
All prices displayed on our website for purchases in the European Union are to be considered VAT included. For countries that don't belong to the European Union, the same prices displayed on our website are to be considered VAT excluded.
Customs duties
For orders placed with delivery of goods to countries that are not part of the European Union, local authorities may apply customs duties and charges. Any duties and customs charges are to be considered the responsibility of the Customer.
Payments
We accept: Bank transfer: once the order is completed, you will receive all the details for the bank transfer. Credit Card: VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted. Paypal: you can pay directly from your Paypal account. This is the safest method of payment for on-line purchases. Others: please contact us for other methods of payment. Original Venice srl is not responsible for illecit or fraudulent use of credit cards commited by other people, different from the owner itself of the credit card.
Packing
Each product is professionally packed using high-quality and resistant materials, considering the artisan and fragile nature of all our objects.
Deliveries
Products are shipped to the address stated by the Customer. Shipping takes places exclusively through the best international courier services. We use shipping insurance if we consider that the the products ordered are particularly valuable. Deliveries will take place as soon as the payment confirmation is received: bank transfers are attested by the credit on our current account, credit card payments are attested by the transaction confirmation by the circuit. In case the goods will not be received in estimated times, the Customer has to contact Original Venice srl. In case of absence of the Customer, the Customer first of all has to contact the courier service using the details that will be left by the courier service itself.
Delivery times
With regard to delivery time, the customer has to refer to the dates indicated on the page of the product that will be purchased. In case of purchase of two or more products with different delivery dates, please refer to that one with the highest delivery time. For any need or urgency, please contact the Original Venice staff by chat, phone or email before doing the purchase.
Certificate of authenticity
All of our products come with a certificate of authenticity certifying that they have been created in Venice, Italy.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is governed by the current legislation relating to e-commerce and is granted by Originalveniceshop.com of Original Venice srl to end users within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
If the Customer is a consumer, meaning a natural person who purchases goods for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activity, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide explanations and without any penalty.
The shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the Customer. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete with all parts and without having suffered any damage. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the goods will be inspected and, in the event of damage or tampering, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised.
Original Venice srl will refund the amount due to the Customer within the time limits provided by law. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order. The Customer is responsible for promptly providing Original Venice srl with any information necessary for a correct and timely refund procedure.
The right of withdrawal applies only to purchases made by customers within the European Union. We do not accept returns from non-EU countries.
How to request a return or cancel an order
To request a return or the cancellation of one or more items, the Customer must access their order from their account profile or through the order confirmation email received at the time of purchase.
Inside the order, the Customer must click on the “Cancel Items” section.
If the goods have already been shipped, the Customer may select the items they wish to return and confirm the return request.
If, on the other hand, the order has not yet been processed, the Customer may cancel one or more products before shipment and confirm the cancellation request.
Once the request has been submitted, Original Venice srl will receive it and will reply promptly with confirmation of the return or cancellation, depending on whether the goods have already been shipped or not. If the request is confirmed, the necessary instructions will be provided to proceed with the return or with the refund of the amount due using the payment method used for the order.
Please note the plastic seal
Before wearing the mask, please make sure that the product matches the item ordered.
Once the plastic seal has been opened, the product is considered used and therefore cannot be returned.

Claims
Complaints for non-compliance of delivered products with the order must be sent to Original Venice srl, after a previously contact with us at info@originalveniceshop.com Original Venice srl will reply to claims within 5 business days.
Applicable Law
This agreement between the Customer and Original Venice Srl is closed in Italy and thus is governed by Italian law.
Holder of data processing is Original Venice srl via Castellantico 17 - 30035 MIRANO (VE).
