I was born with glass in my veins. As a child, I was fascinated by the shapes and colors my father could create before my eyes.

Biography

After finishing school, I worked in a factory that produced lamps, but it wasn’t for me, so I left.
I started working with my father instead, learning to use the torch for glassworking and discovering what I truly loved.
I learned a lot from him: sharing hours of work, attempts, disappointments, and, of course, great satisfaction and success.

Glass is a challenging material, especially when trying techniques that have never been done before.
In the 1980s, I had an idea: to reproduce furnace work in my own workshop using only my torch. That’s when I started blowing and creating lampworked objects, pieces that had previously been exclusive to large-scale production.

Today, I proudly call myself a Master of this technique, and I continue to study and evolve it every day.
